Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical therapy that involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to regulate Qi, promote natural healing, relieve pain, and improve overall health. The theory of acupuncture is based on the meridian system, which holds that the balance of Qi is essential to health. By stimulating certain points, acupuncture helps to unblock meridians and regulate the flow of energy in the body, addressing a wide range of conditions. In addition to pain management, acupuncture is commonly used to reduce stress, improve digestion, regulate the immune system, and restore physical and mental balance, making it a popular treatment for various chronic illnesses and functional disorders.

Occupational Therapy

ccupational Therapy (OT) focuses on helping patients regain their ability to perform daily activities and improve their independence. OT is applicable for individuals with neurological conditions (such as autism, cerebral palsy, etc.) as well as musculoskeletal issues (such as fractures and arthritis). Through the use of adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and purposeful activities, occupational therapy helps patients better adapt to and engage in daily life, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Physical Therapy (PT) uses exercise, manual therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other physical modalities to aid in the recovery of body function. PT is effective for musculoskeletal conditions (such as fractures, arthritis, and sports injuries) and neurological disorders (such as stroke and spinal cord injuries). The goal of physical therapy is to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore normal physical activity and function.
